Steel Homes

Dir(s): Eva Weber

Program: Next

Run Time: 10 | UK  | Language: English

Self-storage units are windows into human histories: the discarded objects and dust-covered furniture that cram rented cells are the past dreams, secret hopes, and lives we cannot let go of. Moving from steel cage to steel cage in a sterile storage facility, filmmaker Eva Weber unpacks tales of heartbreak and loneliness, stories of liberation and adventure, and the key to leaving the past behind.
